Saline Tattoo Removal or Tattoo Lightening
Annie is certified in Li-ft® saline removal.
Emergency Removal can be administered within 48 hours of the tattoo procedure and can dramatically lighten healed results.

You will be able to approve the shape & color before the procedure is started.
Annie pre-numbs and numbs throughout the procedure.
Pain levels are usually very tolerable.

(Eyeliner & lips are usually more sensitive than eyebrows)

Your permanent makeup will take 5-10 days to heal.
After healing, the color will be lighter and softer than when freshly done. Permanent makeup will not replace a dark application of makeup, but will eliminate the NEED for makeup, and you will wake up with a soft daytime look every day.

Please scroll down for pre and post care instructions.

You can have smudge-proof makeup 24/7!

If you have had prior permanent makeup in the area, you must send Annie  well lit photo before booking your appointment, or come for a live consultation.

If you have or are on any of the following, you are not a good candidate for permanent makeup:
•In the area to be treated: Eczema, Psoriasis, Scar Tissue, Rosacea, Dermatitis
•Blood Thinners (must be discontinued with doctor's consent 3 days prior), Accutane, Retin-A, or for eyeliner: growth serums must be discontinued 3-6 months prior)
•Pregnant or Breastfeeding, Uncontrolled Diabetes, Prone to Keloids, Pacemaker or Heart Problems, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Difficult to Numb, Autoimmune Disease
•If you have had prior permanent makeup in the area that is not faded to 20% (You will need to wait or else get it lightened. Annie also offers lightening treatments.)

Lips: If you've ever had a cold sore on your lips, you must get an antiviral prescription medication from your doctor to use a minimum of 3 days prior, and 3 days after the procedure.
Eyeliner: You must discontinue lash growth serums 3-6 months prior to the procedure. If your lids are very hooded, you may not be a good candidate for upper liner, as this might disrupt the healing process.

Together, we will design the best makeup style for your face & lifestyle.

Before the Procedure:
Discontinue blood thinners 3 days prior with doctor's permission. Limit caffeine & alcohol 24 hours prior (can make you more sensitive and more prone to bleeding). No pain killers except for Tylenol.  No botox, chemical peels, or deep tan 2 weeks prior.  Smoking can inhibit the effectiveness of the numbing creams and make you more prone to bleeding.
Note: you will be more sensitive right before & during your menstrual cycle.
Eyeliner: discontinue lash growth serums 3-6 months prior to procedure.
Lips: If you've ever had a cold sore on your lip, you must be on a prescription antiviral. Please exfoliate and moisturize your lips well starting at least a week before the procedure.

Your permanent makeup will take 5-10 days to heal.
Your treated area will be scabby and peel during this time. Please avoid sleeping on the sides of your face, steam, long showers, swimming, direct sun, & excessive sweating until fully healed.
You may apply regular makeup to the treated area after all scabs have naturally come off if it is lighter than desired.

Return for your perfecting followup procedure at 6 weeks to add more color and adjust the shape.
