My interest in hair was inspired by my uncle, who owned a very successful salon in New York. He began mentoring me when I was young. I learned all about hair coloring and styling, and how extensive training was a requirement to be successful. After three years with him, I became licensed. I have been doing hair for the last 25 years, and I still love how it allows me to express myself creatively. I also love to make people look and feel beautiful.
