**** PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. ****
UNFORTUNATELY, we've had a huge influx in the number of no-call/no-show appointments--as well as last minute cancellations. When this happens, it results in a great loss to the service provider--and the salon. We make every effort to remind people of their appointments and often refuse other guests' appointment requests based on your commitment. Therefore, if you cancel the day of your appointment, it may result in the need to pre-pay your next appointment*. 
IF YOU DO NOT CALL to cancel and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE BILLED 50% OF THE SERVICE, and you will need to pre-pay all future appointments. By moving forward to book your appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 
* If you call to cancel the day of an appointment for reasons out of your control, the penalty will be at the manager's discretion.
