It's a place that brings light and nature inside; a place that I'm not in a hurry to leave because it makes me feel good. It's a place where I can breathe clean air and use products that are not harmful to my body. This concept, I believe, is what makes our team and our guests want to be here. When I was 9 years old, I became aware of my love of art and creativity. In 1980, I earned my cosmetology license and began cutting, styling, and coloring hair. Over the years, mentors have challenged my skills and helped me fine tune them. Between 1989 and 2004, I regularly participated in hair competitions held in Connecticut, USA. I won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the Cutting, Formal, and Total Look competitions, respectively. Each client’s face has a unique structure, and each client has a unique hair texture. Working with clients to achieve the look they want is both challenging and fun and a way to express my creativity. I love cutting and contouring hair to the shape of a client’s head and face and adding color to enhance the natural tone of the skin, eyes, and hair. More importantly, I love seeing the smile on the faces of my clients because they truly love how they look.

For as long as I can remember, I've loved being creative — drawing, painting, crafting, etc.. Being a hair stylist is simply an extension of my love of creativity. As a child I knew I wanted to do hair. Barbie was always getting haircuts and my friends had a new color every month! My passion is color. I specialize in Balayage, color melts, color corrections, and specialty colors! Dry cutting is also a favorite of mine. I enjoy creating a cut to match your hair color and style! In addition, I augment my education each year by attending Orlando's Premier hair show to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques as well as other classes around the state!

I found my passion for beauty & hair in my sophomore year of high school. Soon after graduating high school, I enrolled in Florida Career College and graduated 1 year later. My passion and goal was to become a color specialist, but I felt I needed to study more before getting behind a chair. Therefore, I took on the role of a salon assistant for 6 months, which gave me the opportunity to better hone my skills.   It's been 7 years and I've been privileged to enhance the beauty and hair of many clients and look forward to more of the same!
