Licensed Massage Therapist
I decided to become a massage therapist because I like to help people find calm and peace amidst the stresses of life. I love nurturing and being supportive of others, and find it rewarding to help people unwind – mentally, emotionally, and physically – so that their bodies and minds perform at their best. I know the benefit of receiving a massage, and I’m proud to be able to give that benefit to others.
After clinical and literature study of several modalities, I am proficient in Deroneuromodulation, in Kinesiotherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, and therapeutic massage, medical massage, I enjoy drawing on this knowledge to give a massage that will provide the best result for each client.
As a life-long learner, I am enthusiastic about exploring additional modalities, pain science, and patient psychology to incorporate into my practice.
I earned an Associate of Arts from Anne Arundel Community College in 1997, followed by a Bachelor of General Studies from Ball State University in 2003. I completed the 750-hour Indiana Wellness College massage therapy program in 2019 . I moved to Palm Coast in Jan 2021 from Fishers, IN which is a suburb of Indianapolis. I am loving living in this new friendly city and looking forward to meeting more great people.
I look forward to providing a great personal massage to meet the needs of your body and mind. I love helping people feel better and I truly have found my passion. In my personal time, I like to relax by reading, boating, rebounding, playing with my dogs – and of course, getting a massage.
